Walked a mile with my fur baby today. Took 3200 steps. Want to go again this afternoon. Have to lose the weight, must lose the weight, want to lose the weight. I WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT!!!! 💪👍🤞😊😊❤️
226.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
