走りに行こうと思い家を出たけど、3分もしないうちに膝が痛くなりショックを受けた😣。体重をある程度落とさないと運動をまともにできない。ウォーキングに切り替え思う存分歩いてきた。90分。体重減少が急務だけど難しいなあ~
