Dropped back down close to my personal low at home before my 530 a.m. circuit training class... Then for giggles, I weighed in AFTER the circuit training. Not that I will log this weight, but made it down to 191.0 On a roll? LOL
p.s. I HATE THE DAMN BOSU BALL! It's NOTHING but TROUBLE! :-/
