went to aerobics..Luwanda w knee issues...a tough class...coffee w Linda/Sally, then home to figure out visit to Ken/Jane/Gene...got to see Ken and Gene, but Jane had been taken to a drs appt after dialysis, so didn't see her...Kits came for dinner...cooked salmon, big salad, and pond aftet the rain moved on,...
109.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
