My weight seems to be a bit all over the place at the moment... yesterday i was up to 60.6 and this morning its down to 60 flat.
Not bad... certainy not complaining!
My parents are now gone, so I am going to try to get my eatting back to a regular pattern. Then suddenly a friend calls to say he is coming to visit for the next few days. the upsdie that just means 2 nights of later eating and i just need to adjust my fasting a bit. Should be manageable.
Right now I'm just really hoping to finally get below the 60 mark and keep it below!
