Day 37 A modest 340 calorie deficit yesterday and a whole 1kg overnight loss -This was verified by a second pair of scales. I was pleased especially because there were two circles of shortcake in the larder I rationed myself to just two slides all day.
We have been stagnating at home with the weather poor and general impetus feels low - Likely because of the gloom caused by the outlook due to the war. I have little faith in any sort of long term solution happening and my pessimism valve seems turned up to high.
The wind has dropped and it's misty this morning. A short run is planned and hopefully no cake to try and limit the chances my weight creeping back up.
