Oh come on!!! I've been a good girl but the scale isn't budging 🥺 hormones must be going bananas again... Randomly went up a kg then back down a kg the next day. Now a complete standstill. I'm so close! Body please stop fighting me and give me what I want 🙏🏽🥰

Drink 6 Cups of Rooibos tea, and Cut out your Milk products this week. When you are at a standstill cutting out the Lactose sometimes helps. And the rooibos tea will help with the Metabolism and is also very good for Weightloss.

Hang in there. I occasionally go up easy a kg in one day, then down a few days later. It will level out. I also hit a plateau for nearly 2 weeks, very disheartening but it suddenly starts dropping again.
