Unless you ate 10,000 calories yesterday...it's probably just water retention due to salt or carbs...it'll come off within a couple days 👍

Pretty normal for me, lots of fluctuation when it comes to salt, carbs, workouts. 5-8 lbs swings over the course of a week don't bother me anymore 😀

I always found that to be the advantage of weighing yourself every day...you get to know your body's normal fluctuations and how it relates to salt, carbs, exercise, and (for me) sleep. And for women anyways...hormonal changes. Glad you're not to worried about a little overnight gain 👍

I agree with all of the above - for myself - it is salt that seems to slow down my digestive process and - I cannot say enough about the requirement for sleep - it is imperative for me during this weight loss. Sleep is more important to me during weight loss than any exercise.

Definitely agree on sleep, makes a big difference in all aspects!
