Yay! lots of snacks and extras, especially over long weekend, kept me over 300 most of the time. Today, finally back under! Struggling to get back on diet, with calories under 2000. I definitely do not sleep well (or at all) with lower carbs. Figuring out my compromise on how to sleep, feel great and how to feel satisfied with lower calories. Aaaauurggghhh LOL
