Well I have decided to go back to weighing in every 3 to 4 days. I think it helps to keep my food choices in the front of my mind. I find that right after a weigh in I am tempted to kinda let loose because I wont be back on the scale "for a whole week!" So I am hoping to lay that habit to rest. We shall see. I have a crazy weekend coming up and I would just like to be a bit more mentally in the game. The last month I have seen losses.. but I have been eating like crazy on the weekends. It would be fine if it were one weekend out of 4.. but literally every weekend we have something going on. So I need to start taking a more moderate approach to my eating at family gatherings. My face really does look thinner to me. My jaw line by my ears is starting to come out and I really would like to see more of it.. :) It is funny the things that get you going. But honestly Monday at my exercise class.. I saw my neck and it was smaller than my head and I had a jaw.. I want to see more of that. :) Happy hump day every one.

I know what you mean about the weekends-- they are the hardest, especially with lots of special events. I have the opposite thought with weigh-ins, I usually weigh every day but I'm taking a few days "off" from weighing b/c I'm waiting for the weekend damage to be un-done-- hate seeing a higher # on the scale!

The weekends and partys are so hard to get through!! I eat an apple before I go to those things it really does kill your appetite. I try to weigh in frequently just because you can get excited where you are at and what you need to do for that day and the next few days.
