Ummmmm, yea. I think the calories need to bump up! I have not been this low in weight in a long time. I just need to figure out what the eff my optimum nutrient split needs to be to coincide with the calorie bump. Hmmmm....think...think...think....

Good morning Gerdik! No wonder you can eat more with all that exercise! So much energy to do all that! I'll be in slow motion today with yoga. I go in there once or twice a week and like it very much. Happy Wednesday to you, buddy!:)
