Down another 2......woo hoo!! Slow but steady...I know that's the best way but I do wish it would come off a little faster.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You are doing GREAT !!!! We all wish it would just melt off...but it takes time ! You're moving in the right direction, thats whats important ! :)

You have lost 15 pounds in about a month, that is about "as good as it gets." Great job, keep going! I read a comment that I liked the other day: take one day off a week from the diet and eat good foods without worrying about quantity. This may help prevent a "resetting of your metabolism" and help you avoid plateaus.

Just remember that the weight and bad habits didn't happen overnight either. I think that is why most people go off diets - there is no instant gratification!!! You're doing very well and should congratulate yourself for the success!! Keep it up!!
