Got some progress happening again, that makes me happy. I have realised that the weight loss method I have adopted is low carb not Keto after listening to a podcast where a nutritionist was explaining the difference. Pure keto involves eating more fat than I am comfortable with.
179.7 lb Lost so far: 62.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
