A bit more time in the gym yesterday. A little down today. Bit by bit I advance.
Gail bought me some 40" shorts for the summer. I tried them on over the weekend. They're a tight fit, but a fit. This is progress. I haven't had a forty-inch waist in a long time, certainly not since the mid-1980s. So I am feeling somewhat encouraged even though my weight loss is slowing.
