At last a little more progress. The hardest thing is as the weight loss slows my temptation to snack has got stronger. I've not caved in to the temptations though.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 61.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
