Really happy to be back on track. Our son started to install much needed insulation in our attic. It was a beautiful day, very warm for this time of year, almost 80° F. Turned down the thermostat and opened the windows. Wasn't able to do the elliptical until late evening. Went easy, 1350 steps.
151.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
