Yesterday, bought insulation for our attic and did a little raking. Was a really beautiful day in the mid 60's. Gave neighbor tea cup from Clearwater Beach and chatted with neighbor/1 yo daughter across street. Didn't exercise, but will today. 2nd set of dishes arrived and gave to son. TODAY marks my 1st 25 lbs lost with 26 more to go. Clothes are already loose and that's SUPER! Today on the elliptical 1728 steps.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
