I have started to follow a more strict intake and have increased my cardio and started 3 days of weight training. My start weight was 160 Yikes. So I am at 155 yea me. Slow and steady I'll take it. More to tske off but on my way.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
