Sooo. Up a little bit more today. After looking at my calendar and the last week for weight loss, I'm starting to think that my body didn't take well to that cortisone shot I got in my foot on Monday. :( Fairly sure I'm retaining a pretty good amount of fluid. Had that sausage finger feeling during my walk, and it usually only happens when I am retaining water. >.< I know my sodium intake isn't to blame....it's been much much lower lately than it has in weeks. Guess I'll just try to flush the best I can with a massive amount of water, and several cups of green tea today.
Going to be an interesting afternoon too. ^.^ Going to visit a friend of mine who lives an hour away and has two little girls. Not sure what we'll end up doing for dinner yet, so hopefully I don't be too terribly high on calories today.
Also 22/50 miles completed for April. ^.^ Almost 1/2 way there. And since I'm a glutton for punishment. After 3 miles at the park, an afternoon of a fussy temper tantrum throwing toddler, cooking dinner. I decided to do the level 1 workout of the 30 day shred. XD FEEL THE BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!! I slept like a baby though and had 91% sleep efficiency or so the Bodymedia fit armband tells me. lol.

I'm loving it. Tells me so much about how I burn calories throughout the day. And I bought mine at a sports store for 10.00. Total spent at the store was 14 and change...a two year old I know just HAD to have some gummy worms. The BMF also came with 3 free months subscription to the online site. I'd say look around and see if you can fine a deal on one. But for me totally worth the money. I like to know all the facts I can.

@Sonya, I have a BMF too and love it, glad my buddy Jada got herself one. I did pay the full boat load of cash online but I still glad I did. If you are into wanting to know all your stats, it is a great tool. You can also download a great analysis of all your data at the end of the . I don't record all my food there, only the total calories I get from what I enter here. Then I also enter my total calories burned here as "other" on my exercise log. I agree with jada, I like to know all the facts I can so I can make monthly changes as needed. Don't know if you are near a Costco, but I heard they have them there sometimes too.

In regards to the BMF, does it show if we burn more calories when TOM arrives? Is that a stupid question to ask? I always feel hungrier around that time (eh, except right now while I have the crud = zero appetite) of the month. Good job on your burn! WOOHOO!!!

I have nooooo idea Kendra. I'll let you know though. I'm still about 2.5 weeks away from TOM. And I have an iud, so mine are a bit different than most women's...Anywho, gtg. ^.^ I'll post more tonight.
