what am i doing wrong.. ugh.. these are the things that discourage people.. i figgan walk 15 miles three x a week. stair climbing, eating between 1000 and 1500 cal daily, fast after 7 pm. Omfg.. I should be 3 fkn lbs by now.. but nooo. i swear being a women is sometimes fun, but it sucks when it comes to weight and muscle.. 🤬😡🤬
203.4 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
