So far I’ve lost 30 pounds. I didn’t want to believe my home scale since it never matched the scale at the gym, but heck, weighed myself at the gym and wow, the home scale was correct! It took me 10 months to lose 30 pounds, but if I had tried to make it go faster by cutting my calories even further, I may have given up and stalled my progress. Now I’m just going to keep it going since I found a calorie budget that is working for me. Being able to exercise has helped enormously too.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
