I seemed to have really slowed down despite no cheats, 😒🤔
157.0 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah! It slows right down the closer you get to target. Some of the weight is more embedded or the body tries to hold onto its energy stores. Don't get discouraged.

Anne is the expert but I think u need to trick your body add more carbs change ur eating habits seems to work for me good luck my friend 😊

Nads is right. Sometimes doing something different surprises the body and gets the metabolism fired up................even having a day when you eat too much can help (at your own risk, lol)
