Blah.. well half a lb down is better than a gain.. especially when I look back at the weekend we had.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 53.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At least you didn't think you lost a half lb like I did when I weighed myself this morning. I was excited until I checked my yesterday weigh-in and I actually went up a half lb. You're doing good, kiddo!
