Temptations were high today I had to spend all day baking chocolate cupcakes for my daughters kindy. I was literally surrounded by chocolate!!! I can proudly and honestly say that I didn't have any at all!!! I munched on apples while doing it and made sure I ate a good, filling, low GI breakfast so I wouldn't be hungry and extra tempted! it's her birthday on sunday but if I survived this I should go ok with saying no to cake. I'm making a vanilla/strawberry cake with lots of food colouring(all natural;-)) so not my favorite type of cake anyway;-) Hope everyone else is doing well too!

50kg to 51kg. But not in a healthy way I didn't eat much and smoked a lot! So much healthier now! I would sometimes just eat fruit for weeks but now I want to feel good and set a healthy example!

I did finnish it but now I've reduced to 50 sit ups and 25 leg lifts. Aiming to work my way up again! Definitely it's all about balance!

You are doing GREAT! You are also showing your daughter what a STRONG WOMAN you are, and that will reflect in her life sometime.

That's wonderful that you were able to resist all day. Hoping the same for you on her birthday as well! Keep pushing towards your goals. :)

Thanks for the supportive and very kind comments!!! Hopefully one day I can trust myself to have just one cupcake and not eat 10 but for now I am going to continue as best as I can to leave it be!

That is awesome to make a chocolate treat for your daughter's kindergarten and not eat any yourself! Good for you!

Thank you deb! Turns out one of her teachers is even more amazing than I already thought she sticks to one treat on saturdays since years! What a strong and wonderful(for MANY other reasons too) woman she is to teach my daughter!

Can you imagine the calories she would be eating if your daughter's teacher ate a treat every time a student had a birthday? She is a healthy woman to only eat a treat on the weekend. :)
