I have been told that losing weight slowly especially at my age, is much better than quit weight loss. Let it me so. My nutritionist called yesterday and said I have lost 10 pounds since I last saw her. 😃
173.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
