Alhamdulillah akhirnya 75kg juga 😅 Target awalnya awalnya di awal tahun baru, molor dikit lah ya 10 hari.. hahaha Mana pake segala cedera syaraf leher, gak boleh latihan beban sampe pulih ☹️
165.3 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
