Well, I guess I am going to learn a lesson on patience from this round of Atkins...The Lord does know what I need pratice with...LOL!!I am feeling good,not craving foods,eating well and trying so hard to stay on track!Can't wait for the pay off. I learned a tip to put FV under snacks to more easily track them and I will start that today.I'll JUST KOKO!
