I have not been following the diet at all. I think the only reason I have had some weight loss is due to my insanely busy schedule and being on my feet all day. I'm not even maintaining my exercise goals. However, that's all changing. A friend of mine recently took my car keys away due to a personal issue I was having regarding my driving habits. Now.....I have no choice but to walk to get to where I need to go, which is a very good thing for me medically on a multitude of levels. I also will be reducing my work week by about 20 hours starting next week, as well as finishing up one of my three summer courses. With all of these changes I should finally be able to get back on the diet I had planned on following at the beginning of summmer. On another note, I'm looking forward to getting back to playing my guitar and singing as well. I really hit a low point there for a while, and it took bottoming out before I realized that my health and education come first. I'm anxious to ENJOY the rest of my summer! And now that I have some free time, maybe I'll be better about getting back on this wonderful resource to document my progress! Best of luck to everyone else who has been working hard to achieve their fitness goals!
