Temptation never goes away. it's a question of accepting it exists and trying to create situations that restricts its ability to stop you getting where you want to be.

I was so focused before my initial 30kg drop that's what I did, but it's those daft..yeh I'll have one..I really need to start being harsher on myself. I'll get there, but cheers anyway
