Hello everyone. I have been off the grid due to recovery and with that meant….weight gain.
On Jan. 1st I plan on starting a 3 month challenge to lose as much weight as I can. Through a variety of means including: fasting, high protein diet and exercise 3 times a week.
Please continue to support and motivate me. This will be quite the journey
