Mother's Day yesterday. Had T-bone steak 6 oz and salad. Weight watchers desert 140 calories. Last week got down to 153.0 pounds From Friday thru Sunday at morning weigh in :(
154.8 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
