I have been able to do at least 1 mile each day. On Tuesday and Thursday I was able to do 2 miles. However, my legs sure felt sore. I need to work up to the two miles.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am the same way. I walk all the time on my job, but going out and walking puts a different stress on your legs. But I keep pushing.
