Really chuffed managed 32 mins today of walking burned 151 cal 😊😊 exercise is fun ! At least walking is less painful now 😊😊
162.3 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
