I'm on my way down. This week my goal is to lose two pounds. I want to weight 163 by Sunday. I can do it if I take it one day at a time. :)
164.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
