Still the same....HMM...any suggestions wil be greatly appreciated.My husband bought me the new Atkins book...will read it and see if I can find a tweak to get me going down again!
270.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 March 2011:
1541 kcal Fat: 98.96g | Prot: 135.39g | Carb: 29.44g.   Breakfast: water, cheese, celery, spinach. Lunch: mayo, cauliflower, broccoli, sardines. Dinner: tomato, Fancy 6 Cheese Italian Blend Natural Shredded Cheese, fresh spinach, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), green beans, chicken. Snacks/Other: Body Fortress protien whey powder, pork skins. more...

personally, I would lose all of the sugar free, artificial, processed, etc... stuff. Just eat real food - and only what is on the list. (now I know artificial sweetners are on the list. and so is sf jello...) HOWEVER - SOME people's bodies just can't tolerate some of this stuff. If you could stick w/ eating whole foods - and get thru a good 1-2 weeks of whole foods, low carb, induction, plenty of water, etc... then you could look at adding JUST ONE thing over the course of a week, and see how your body responds to it. Right now you have too many variables to know WHICH ONE is the trigger to this problem. Good luck!

I agree, I think that's a great place for you to start. For me, it really helps to record everything I eat.

Thanks girls,I had been on Atkins before and lost eating these types foods...maybe I have to let them all go for a while...I will try fresh and natural and see what happens...looking forward to a positive update!!
