Good evening everyone ..... feeling energised Today ..... my little nieces Christmas play awww she was brilliant they all were then went to see my friend for lunch had a lovely time stuck with healthy eating .... But what really lifted my spirits was the chat I had with my life coach & friend he is a darling next weeks action plan took Uber back home had a light dinner tea and now some tv will have a snack if insomnia kicks in ... God grace has filled my life with kind caring souls .... thank u everyone for your support it keeps me going overcoming daily challenges xx ♥️♥️
