Today marks the end of month first month of maintenance and my first zero deficit month. I'm delighted to report success because my 7AM weigh in shows me at 74.4Kg so a small loss for the month. Just three days of proper diet effort were needed in the last week to recover a gained 1kg. Those three days were really tough just like starting all over again. My running is going very well I'm out around four times a week and I ran a total of 137 miles in November. I have had to tog up with some gloves and meggings a few times in the cold. My muscles have now become fully accustomed now and after even a long run I feel no soreness or tiredness. On 12th Dec I will have been doing my low heart rate training for three solid months and hopefully set myself a base. After then the idea is to start to include up to 20% of higher heart rate running in the program to increase my speed a little. Today weather permitting I am in charge of decorating the village xmas tree with lights it's outside and a bit of a faff. Have a great day
