Just about 7,000 calories equal to a kilo body weight. My BMR is about 2,000 calories and to maintain my ugly weight I should consume 3,000 calories. Any calories I burn more than I need per day would go towards my weight reduction.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
