Well I had my main meal might skip the snack all together so new approach to weight loss and increased Cal intake to 900 had water sugar & salt after feeling dizzy hypothermia makes one feel awful ..... but am on the mend now .... thank u everyone for your kindness & support ♥️
168.2 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
