So, like my good buddy puhpine professed... I say to you my FS buddies and myself... "I am human"... As a "scrap" back from a VERY "ugly" week of OVERINDULGENCE, I have a continued desire to do the RIGHT thing. I have not logged in my weight for close to a week because I was TOO embarrassed & disgusted to post one. It is now back to a "reasonable" level, but needs more work to get it where my next goal is.
So my good FS buddies, I repeat puhpine's profound quote:
