Those free meals are fun (and needed), but dang... a week to get back to where I was.. ouch. I am waiting to see what the longer term effects are. I wanted to start in on the mountain bike today; snowing pretty good and the mud is nasty.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
