IT'S TEMPT ME THURSDAY!!! I use this knowing things will tempt me but I know what's more important, that big greasy burger with tons of blue cheese and fattening sauce or feeling healthy, looking hot and getting back into clothes that once fit?
Another .4 pounds down this morning. I have gotten back to eating what Anthony Robbins calls WATER RICH foods. Lots of fresh and raw vegetables and lean proteins. Have a great day!
