Im at that stage where I'm just over it, and not eating till dinner time... but drinking water and Rooibos tea cos I am not a fan of Normal tea and I like my coffee but I gotta put that to aside once in a while cos tends to be a tad addictive.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
