Okay, today's the day. I'm really going to give this a shot. it's clear that I'm not good at just keeping track of my intake on my own so I'm back on FS. I quit before because I felt like it was too hard and time consuming but as often as I'm on other time wasting apps I can certainly spend a few minutes on a healthy one. plus, I've been told not to stress out so much about being super specific and not to nickle and dime my calories. I'm giving myself 3 weeks. Do this diligently for 3 weeks and see if it helps. No quitting. No complaining.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

12lbs down is a good start! I also get tired of logging but I do it to keep me accountable. Plus I see a nutritionist and she has access to my log. She reminds me of I " forget" to log ..lol
