Alcohol-free (not my choice) for two weeks, using no-alcohol wine which may have less calories but more carbs because concentrated grape juice is added. I have gone beserk with dark chocolate and generally taken up high-carb foods - pies, bread, etc. My weight has remained the same, sigh. Interestingly, it has been basically stable for three months.
Husband's health is slowly improving so my headspace is beginning to clear. We will move back into the house with proper kitchen in a few days so I will have space to cook and prepare real stuff again.
I applied for a weight loss trial and apparently fit the criteria but have not been contacted. No idea if it is a chemical or behaviour based concept.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
