The same as yesterday....
Today at work I moved a 4 drawer file cabinet and then a 2 draw file cabinet. I added it to my desk work lol
202.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
