Girl, don't worry if you stick to your food plan you will keep losing REALLY! Congrats on your loss so far, looked at your profile....I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR GOALS!!! I like that they are not just a number, but something you will do. That's pretty awesome! My goal is to lose so I can fly back to NYC without feeling freaked out about my weight. I won't fly til I'm back around 225. I should make little goals like you. I want a massage too but won't go being this weight. You're doing great :)

while I am sorry that you are injured I am thrilled for you that you are sticking to your plan and still loosing - keep it up cause the exercise is just one part of the whole picture and remember you can still do other exercises not involving your legs

Lg654 don’t let your knee keep you from being active (3 knee surgerys). You can do some exercise's while setting, use some rubber exercise bands, hand weights, cans of soup in a Wal-Mart bag (gotta luv Wal-Mart) anything to get the HR up. I looked at your journey and you are truely amazing. I know your husband is very proud of you, so am I. You've encourage me to push through my personal challenges,…thank you.

LG654, I agree with the Ole Marine don't let your knee keep you down there are many of thing you can do with a strain knee, what about weights while chilling on that couch? What about ABS? Don't let the knee stop you. I myself have had 6six knee surgeries which include to partial knees a complete knee that failed and one to remove a broken knee cap, so my left leg has a fake knee with no knee cap, so get up and get going.

Try some upper extremity exercises instead. Also, walking with crutches or a cane burns calories as well.
