I'm so excited to have an good loss this week. In the past a pound would have just been a normal one but after 3 months of up and down, I'm so thankful. It's amazing how just tracking my food really makes a big different... I'm sure burning over 3,800 cals. helps too though. =)

Yay, congrats on the loss! And yes, I think tracking food and exercise is really a huge help. It sort of... keeps us honest :)
