I’m over my reaction to the booster , I need to figure out why I’m not losing. I have a reminder to eat fewer calories 500 fewer. So I’ve done that for 3 days and I quit losing and have gain some. I need some encouragement!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
