Forgetting to put my foods in but more of the same. I want to have a salad but don't know how to measure it exactly or just to "write it off" as free foods cos it'd only be lettuce, carrot, cucumber, capsicum, and mushrooms? For now just eating when hungry. Oddly not hungry much. Haven't had tea or coffee much. Saw gp. Blood test again Wednesday. Neutrophils low 0.86. If drop to 0.5 I'm in trouble. It's not a food related thing, they think ironically the psych meds that are keeping me psych stable are making me physically sick. Go figure.
135.6 lb Lost so far: 82.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
